We make everything from scratch, using hormone and antibiotic free meat. We change our menu with the seasons to offer you the best of the season.
Beef brisket, pork ribs, pulled pork and chicken are smoked in local red oak for up to 18 hours in our outdoor smoker.
We use local produce whenever possible. Some of our local produce suppliers are Heart and Sol, Don Foster Farms, and Johnson’s Farm Market
